Total Wine & More in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Store Team Member/Merchandiser to maximize product inventory, assist with online orders, and support curbside pickup and delivery where assigned.

You will greet customers, build relationships, learn wine, spirits, and beer products, operate POS systems, maintain displays, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays, and supporting digital operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and store policies.
