Total Wine & More in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Merchandiser to help maximize product inventory, stock shelves, and support online orders. This seasonal role may involve in-store and curbside pickup duties, with potential delivery tasks if assigned.

You will engage customers to build relationships and promote products, while maintaining safety and compliance.inally, you will participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to expand product knowledge and support promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Able to lift, load, and handle cases and pallets (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and process freight and stocking.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service.
• Support online orders and curbside pickup/delivery when assigned.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Cross-functional duties and other responsibilities as needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely when delivery is a function.
