Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently across assigned stores, managing inventory, restocking, and optimizing product displays while communicating with store teams.

The role emphasizes flexible hours (5–16 per week), seasonal resets, and occasional installations. You will use a handheld device, travel to multiple locations, and support holiday demand with reliability and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Capable of using a handheld device to access documents.
• Have access to Wi‑Fi and internet; reliable transportation to stores.
• Availability for flexible part-time schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department; communicate with supervisor and complete required merchandising activities.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around major holidays; may work on actual holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations and fixtures resets; may relocate cards and remodel tasks with prior notice.
• One Team Vision: be part of a network of merchandisers supporting each other in territories.
