Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members in New Jersey to support merchandising, inventory, and customer service. The role involves processing freight, stocking shelves, building displays, signage, and assisting with online orders and curbside pickup.

You may also drive deliveries when assigned, maintaining safety and compliance throughout the shift. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of retail experience; familiarity with POS systems and inventory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and placing signage.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge and maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely, follow policies and procedures, and abide by traffic and safety laws.
• Work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
