Total Wine & More in Indianapolis is hiring Seasonal Merchandisers to support product inventory, in-store displays, curbside pickup, and delivery services, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will engage customers, learn product knowledge, operate POS and inventory software, and work flexible evenings/weekends. Benefits include PTO, health plans, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following policies and procedures.
