Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change
• Maintain merchandising standards and processes
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor following procedures
• Support store recovery and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies
• Assist in shrink reduction efforts and safety practices
• Handle other duties as assigned
