Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Process customer purchases/returns and manage cash accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Handle merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; participate in safety initiatives.
• Support shrink reduction programs and other duties as assigned.
