Job summary

Bomgaars is seeking a friendly Seasonal Sales Associate to assemble winter merchandise and support seasonal changeovers at our Blue Earth store. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and gather carts in varying weather.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and reliable transportation. Prior retail experience is helpful and customer service matters.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Product knowledge to include tools, basic assembly, and following written instructions.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis to include bending and stooping.
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for work weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assembly of winter merchandise.
• Assist with seasonal change overs.
• Gather carts (varying weather conditions).
• Freight handling/Forklift operation.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Assisting customers with product selection and load outs.
