Job summary

Missouri Botanical Garden is seeking a part-time Membership and Contact Center Assistant for the seasonal period. You will welcome guests, share information, promote events like Garden Glow, and handle ticketing and memberships in person at the Visitor Center or via phone and email.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate Tessitura/CRM systems while maintaining a friendly, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a museum, box office, customer service, retail, or fundraising setting required.
• Experience with a point-of-sale/ticketing system or CRM preferred.
• Scheduling flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries by phone, email, and in person at Visitor Center with friendliness and professionalism.
• Process ticketing and membership transactions and maintain CRM records.
• Assist with membership fulfillment and administrative tasks in the Contact Center.
• Adhere to safety policies and report incidents as required.
