Seasonal Material Handler – This position is located in Green Bay, WI, and must be available to work on-site.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our Materials Team. This role supports both inventory and shipping/receiving areas, with cross-training in both. Responsibilities include fulfilling orders, maintaining inventory, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and moving materials between departments.

Shipping/Receiving:

  • Perform shipping and receiving duties using proper documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of components and outgoing shipments
  • Address order changes, cancellations, and returns, and manage associated fees
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment
  • Coordinate material movement
  • Accurately pick and issue components for internal and external orders
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels and supplies
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and tracking
  • Support training and problem-solving in shipping/receiving/stock operations
  • Utilize ERP and automated systems for material handling tasks

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift/high-lift training
  • Ability to lift/move materials and work in a physically active role
