Big Sky Resort's Solace Spa is seeking a Montana Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in a mountain resort setting. Deliver personalized treatments after a day on the slopes, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and relaxation.

The role requires a Montana massage license and a friendly, professional approach. Expect on‑site work, lifting up to 35 pounds, standing for 8 hours, and maintaining a pristine treatment space with attentive guest service.

Qualifications

• Montana massage license required.
• Self-motivated and reliable team player.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-service oriented.
• Able to lift, push, or pull at least 35 pounds.
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
• Comfortable climbing stairs multiple times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of massage services including deep tissue, sports, and pregnancy massage.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with attentiveness, professionalism, and care.
• Use proper body mechanics to ensure sustainable and effective treatments.
• Conduct guest consultations to determine needs, preferences, and health considerations.
• Explain services and recommend treatments or products based on guest goals.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure punctuality for all appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment space.
• Respond to guest questions about Solace Spa and Big Sky Resort offerings.
• Support business goals through client retention, guest requests, and retail recommendations.
