Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to join our luxury retail team during peak season. You will welcome clients, guide service, and help create the magical shopping experience that defines the Neiman Marcus brand.

You will report to a Sales Manager, work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays, and use retail and mobile technologies to process sales and support curbside, BOPIS, and alterations coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven sales ability.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and departments and connect them to the right associate.
• Work across store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently when needed.
• Handle escalated issues by routing to management.
• Follow up on customer requests and questions.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations and Managers on duty.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when required.
• Promote services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, and delivery.
