Job summary

Shinola is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for the Oak Brook, IL store. You will greet guests, maintain shop presentation, wrap gifts, and support peak holiday activity from late October through January. This temporary position requires flexibility for days, nights, and weekends.

Starting pay ranges from $17.05 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits like employee discounts. Employment duration may end earlier or extend based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent Shinola Guest Experience standards are met.
• Ensure Visual and Operational Standards are met.
• Greeting guests, answering phones, engaging guests daily.
• Gift Wrapping, as needed.
• Support the team during peak holiday months, November - January.
• Occasionally support store events (in-store, offsite) outside of store posted operating hours.
• Keeping all areas of the store clean, presentable, and stocked.
• Processing shipments, packing orders and other operational requirements as needed.
• Regularly and consistently abides by Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within.
• Regularly and consistently abides by the Standards of Conduct and Ethics, and all policies and procedures included within.
• Availability to include either/and/or days, nights and weekends as needed for the business.
• Must be available to work during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Temporary position, could end on or before the seasonal holiday period end date depending on business needs.
