Tory Burch is seeking a part-time, seasonal Sales Associate in Simpsonville, KY. You will build relationships with clients, deliver an exceptional Tory Burch experience, and meet personal sales goals while upholding store policies and standards.

The role requires strong selling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to the Tory Burch brand and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Extensive personal selling and client relationships experience; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks (lift/move/push/pull, bend, climb ladders).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships to drive business.
• Use selling skills and product knowledge to create a compelling client experience.
• Ensure all selling and operating policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team to deliver Tory Burch brand standards on the sales floor.
