You will engage customers with storytelling, support product launches, and help maintain inviting store environments during peak season.

• Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking, visual displays, and store upkeep
• Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design
• Support product launches and seasonal refreshes
• Meet or exceed personal and store-level sales goals
• Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions
• Uphold standards in service, presentation, and accuracy at the point of sale
