Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our operations team during peak season. You will help unload, sort, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, coordinate outbound shipments, and maintain daily inventory control.

You should have at least 1 year in operations or warehouse roles, be comfortable with retail and mobile tech, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds while working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to clients, another store, or distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
