Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an energetic retail team member to support front of house and back of house operations in a fast-paced environment in Honolulu. You will greet customers, operate as a runner or cashier, answer phones, and ensure policies are followed while maintaining stock and store presentation.

The role requires 1–2 years in a high-volume retail setting, openness to flexible hours (including nights and weekends), and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment, stock-related experience a plus.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greeter, runner, cashier, answer phones and implement store policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and store operations.
• Work with a team to deliver exceptional retail experiences and uphold Tory Burch standards.
