Job summary

REEDS Jewelers is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team during the holiday season. You will help guests select exquisite jewelry, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a welcoming, high-end shopping experience.

Responsibilities include gift wrapping, maintaining displays, assisting with transactions, and hosting guests while upholding REEDS standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork abilities.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology such as iPads/tablets and smartphones.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with buying needs and provide the best REEDS customer experience.
• Stock gift bags and wrap gifts.
• Maintain tidy displays and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions using POS systems.
• Assist guests during the holiday season and promote merchandise discounts.
