Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador for a part-time seasonal position in New Hampshire. You will deliver a personalized in-store shopping experience aligned with Ralph Lauren brand standards and sales goals.

You will drive sales by putting customers first, build relationships, support training and store initiatives, and help maintain store standards and incorporate new shopping technologies.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by putting customers at the center of decisions and providing attentive service.
• Build customer relationships and clientele through networking and alternative shopping options.
• Support team training, company initiatives, and new shopping technologies.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share feedback on customer and category needs.
