Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Demonstrates a merchant mindset with attention to selling and creating tailored experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of tactile product demonstrations.
• Passion for selling premium skincare and fragrance products.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Master storytelling to understand customer needs and connect products to their world.
• Lead customers to fragrance area and demonstrate products on the hand.
• Provide a warm welcome and build a personalized customer journey with product regimens.
• Ensure a memorable departure and invite customers to return with samples and follow-ups.
• Uphold grooming standards and deliver the 'five senses' retail experience.
• Maintain stock, inventory, and store presentation.
