Job summary

Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre seeks SLNC Lodge Staff to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering friendly, efficient service and handling tickets, rentals and inquiries.

You will report to the Operations Manager & Guest Services Lead, work from October 26, 2026 to April 5, 2027, and earn $19.75 per hour, with duties spanning administrative, facilities, and customer service tasks.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience with registration and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Physically capable of lifting 30 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work through holidays and adapt to schedule demands.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and perform daily cash outs independently.
• Operate POS for ticket sales and retail purchases; assist online ticket sales.
• Book lessons and print gift certificates; manage rentals and waxing services.
• Monitor inquiries via phone, web, or email and route appropriately.
• Maintain facilities, perform light maintenance and clean-up.
• Provide front-line customer service at the lodge counter and events.
