Responsibilities

• Maintains merchandising standards through the execution of live nursery programs.
• Communicates regularly with District Manager, Team Lead, and store staff.
• Informs supervisor of issues with displays, product quality, safety, or store partners.
• Provides customer service and assistance with live goods.
• Follows company safety protocols to maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
• Follows customer and vendor policies and procedures in daily work routine.
• Other duties as assigned.
