Job summary

Winter Park Resort is hiring cooks of all skill levels to join our growing culinary team. You’ll work across all stations—grill, fryer, sauté, expo—on a fast-paced, high-energy mountain kitchen, with opportunities from Cook 1 to Cook 4. Banquet and pastry experience is a plus, and strong teamwork helps you excel.

Applicants will be considered for all resort locations and placed based on skill level. An attached resume is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum 16 years of age for Cook 1; 18 years for Cook 2-4.
• Must read, write, and speak fluently in English.
• Ability to work at a high pace with a variety of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various foods for restaurant and banquets under supervision.
• Maintain quality and production at a high pace.
• Organize station for maximum efficiency and cleanliness.
• Assist in securing and storing deliveries and inventory.
• Follow recipes and kitchen guidelines; adhere to safety procedures.
