Job summary

Brite Nites is hiring seasonal Lighting Technicians for the 2026 season to install and maintain holiday lighting on homes and commercial properties. You’ll work outdoors in cold weather, on ladders and roofs, as part of a two-person crew.

Training is provided and the season is approximately 3-4 months of intensive work. Pay is competitive and biweekly, with housing assistance potentially available for out-of-area candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous full season of physical outdoor work preferred.
• Comfortable with heights and changing weather.
• Reliable, punctual and able to complete tasks.
• Experience working in a two-person crew.

Responsibilities

• Install Christmas lighting on homes and commercial buildings.
• Work on ladders up to 32 ft, roofs, and occasional trees or cherry pickers.
• Hang, clip, and staple light strands along rooflines, trees, and structures.
• Work in 2-person crews serving residential clients.
• Potential for takedown work through January/February (not guaranteed).
