Job summary

A leading pool service company in Needham, MA is looking for lifeguards and area lifeguards to join this summer. Responsibilities include monitoring pool activities and ensuring guest safety. Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (limited positions for 15 years old applicants).
• Must be able to pass ARC Lifeguarding or Shallow Water lifeguarding certification class.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment in-water practical skills test.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the pool according to scheduled hours.
• Monitoring pool area and identifying safety issues.
• Providing swim lessons and coaching when applicable.
