Job summary

A commercial aquatics service provider is seeking seasonal Lifeguards to join their team in Locust Grove, Virginia. As a Lifeguard, you will ensure a safe pool environment through vigilant monitoring, emergency response, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include enforcing pool rules, performing rescues, and maintaining certifications. Flexible availability is essential, as Lifeguards will work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements for lifeguards (typically 15–16+).
• Ability to perform rescues and assist individuals weighing up to 85+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas for patron safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to emergencies including water rescues and first aid.
