The Seasonal Support Associate processes merchandise receipts and dispatches while maintaining an organized, efficient stockroom. The role also supports floor-ready preparation and merchandise placement to help drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and process merchandise by offloading, sorting, tagging, ticketing, and preparing items for the selling floor.
• Maintain organized stockroom and receiving areas, maximize storage space, and follow safety and asset-protection procedures.
• Place merchandise on the selling floor according to floor maps and visual standards, and complete price changes, damages, and returns to vendor.
• Work flexible schedules based on business needs and inbound deliveries; support team members and maintain dependable attendance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, basic math skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use computers and handheld equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
