North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT, is hiring a Full-Time Seasonal Lawn & Garden Associate to join our team. You will provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, stock and merchandise the department, and help guests find the right products for their outdoor projects.

The role requires flexibility to work Mon-Sat 7 am–7 pm and Sunday 9 am–5 pm, with weekends and some holidays possible. Prior retail or gardening knowledge is helpful; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service focus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and be cashier trained.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs and to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain department organization.
• Assist customers with brands and product education.
• Work shifts as assigned, including weekends and holidays.
