Responsibilities

• Performs general labor related to area maintenance including trash pickup and trimming vegetation.
• Assists in pumping toilets and cleaning toilets; carries paints and ladders and preps surfaces for painting.
• Loads and unloads equipment; operates light vehicles/pickups; irrigates and trims trees; cleans buildings and beaches.
