With over 9,000 acres in California’s Central Valley, POM Wonderful is committed to unleashing the antioxidant power of our handpicked pomegranates.Able to conduct laboratory tests, accurately enter data into work sheets, responsible, take ownership of projects assigned and take pride in job duties. Should be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis and feel comfortable working around equipment and forklift traffic. Able to work any shift, weekday and weekends, outside weather conditions (extreme hot and cold) and inside conditions which consist of an extreme cold environment (refrigerated atmosphere 35-50 degrees) with little or no supervision. Seasonal Lab Technician plays an important role in the coordination and testing of products for New Product Development and quality control of current products. This includes testing ingredients, bench top batching, weighing ingredients, sensory evaluation, shelf life testing, and documentation.
