Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain kitchen safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Attend restaurant meetings and training; apply new skills on the job.
• Manage product storage and rotation.
• Handle food service tasks including storage, rotation, and general cleaning.
• Contribute to team success by following Snowshoe policies and procedures.
