Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking energetic kitchen team members who take pride in fresh, seasonal ingredients and outstanding hospitality. You’ll prep, manage daily orders, and work directly with our Chef and Sous Chef to deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced convenience setting.

You’ll ensure food safety, accommodate allergies, and maintain a clean, organized station while collaborating with front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
• Interact with guest throughout the day showcasing our passion for foodservice and hospitality
• Make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
• Act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
• Operate various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
• Keep a clean tight station even under the busiest conditions
• Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation, fill prep list daily
• Added responsibly as needed
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
