See's Candies, a long-standing retailer with over 240 shops across America, is seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You will help run store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while upholding our high standards of quality.

As a Keyholder, you may open and close the store, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure safety, merchandising, and policy compliance. The pay rate is $20.25 per hour, with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Must be able to open and close store as a Keyholder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
