Job summary

BoxLunch is hiring a Seasonal Key Holder to join our store team in Maryland. You will support the store leadership, train new hires, and help daily operations while driving sales and customer satisfaction for a pop culture merchandise-focused location.

Your role includes leading by example on the sales floor, assisting with planograms and merchandising, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during busy periods. Must enjoy pop culture and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead small teams and assist store management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer experiences to drive repeat visits.
• Support store leadership and run the store when management is unavailable.
• Assist with sales goals and monitor key performance indicators.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandising standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and cash handling as needed.
• Coach new Sales Associates and help them acclimate to the team.
