Job summary

Topdrawer is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder in San Francisco for the holiday window from November 1 through January 11, 2027. You will lead store operations, open/close responsibilities, and support exceptional customer experiences during peak traffic.

You’ll partner with a collaborative team, share product knowledge, and help maintain visual standards while driving sales and customer loyalty in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized customer experience during peak holiday shopping periods.

• Assist with onboarding seasonal associates and mentoring team members.

• Contribute to daily sales goals, conversion, and AOV.

Seasonal Key Holder – Role Overview

As a Seasonal Key Holder at Topdrawer, you are a frontline leader who helps bring our brand to life during the busiest and most exciting time of the year. From November through mid-January, you will support exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations during the holiday season. You will take ownership of opening and closing responsibilities, support the team through peak traffic, and create a welcoming environment that reflects the spirit of Topdrawer.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about creativity and customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Please note: Seasonal employees must be available to work throughout the duration of the holiday season (November – mid-January). Requests for time off during this period cannot be accommodated.

Customer Experience & Community
