Catbird Georgetown, DC is seeking Seasonal Store Stylists for part-time availability to join our store team this fall. The seasonal position runs from October 2026 through January 15, 2026, offering an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will greet customers, educate them about Catbird's jewelry, help styling and product recommendations, and support store operations from restocking to POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, jewelry experience a plus.
• Customer service is the most important aspect.
• Friendly, easy to get along with and collaborative.
• Enjoy styling jewelry and making recommendations.

Responsabilités

• All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming, and helpful buying experience.
• Greeting and engaging with customers to ensure they are welcomed into the store.
• Awareness of full product assortment and educated on Catbird jewelry styling.
• Style customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Offers personalized suggestions and compliments to requests.
• Assists managers in restock, receiving, cleaning, and maintaining inventory & visual standards.
• Creates a delightful lasting impression while ringing customers out on our Point of Sale system, with accuracy & efficiency.
