• Educate customers on services like piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• Maintain store standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Support back-of-house and in-store operations including inventory and packaging compliance.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive, brand-aligned customer experience.
