Jamesavery is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate at Sherman Town Center in Sherman, TX. The role focuses on greeting guests, assisting with merchandise selection, and processing sales in-store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues effectively.
• Enter guest data and other sales data into POS accurately and obtain signatures.
• Present jewelry from stock and replace items after sale.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry as needed.
• Utilize GUESTS program when interacting with guests and handling guest jewelry.
• Provide knowledgeable service on product information using in-store tools.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Achieve established individual KPI metrics.
• Assist Store Management in achieving KPI metrics and store presentation.
• Attend required meetings and maintain strong written and verbal communication.
• Must multitask in a fast-paced environment.
