Responsibilities

• Enter sales data into POS and process returns, engraving, repairs.
• Showcase jewelry from stock and restock as needed.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry as required.
• Use GUESTS program when assisting guests on floor or by phone.
• Provide in-depth product information using available tools.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Achieve personal KPI targets and support store KPIs.
• Maintain store standards in presentation and housekeeping.
• Attend required meetings and communicate clearly.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
