Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise.

• Present jewelry to guests and manage items after sale.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry as needed.
• Use GUESTS program for guest interactions and jewelry handling.
• Provide product information using in-store tools and training.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Meet individual KPI metrics and support store KPIs.
• Assist with store presentation and daily housekeeping.
