GUESS Factory is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate in San Jose, CA to receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, while maintaining stock room organization and cleanliness. The role involves replenishing stock, coordinating transfers, RTVs, and handling damages.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or stockroom experience preferred, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and balance on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness to ensure stock is floor-ready.
• Bring new goods to the selling floor and replenish merchandise from the stock room.
• Execute transfers, RTVs (Return to Vendor), manage damages, and handle customer charge sends.
• Stock room maintenance and housekeeping to keep the area organized and clean.
