Job summary

Boot Barn seeks a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control, ensuring the sales floor is stocked and inventory is accurate. You will assist with inbound/outbound processes, tagging, and data entry while keeping the stock room organized and compliant with policies.

You will collaborate with the RICS and store team to meet replenishment goals, maintain loss-prevention standards, and uphold store procedures during a busy seasonal period.

Qualifications

• Seasonal role requiring accurate inventory processing and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to input freight information into systems and maintain records.
• Maintain a neat, organized stock room and ensure stock is ready for the selling floor.
• Uphold company policies, safety guidelines and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and partners to support store goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and build customer relationships.
• Process incoming/outgoing inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries against company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor and apply tickets/signage.
• Tag merchandise with EAS tags and move to floor per policy.
• Input freight information into the systems promptly.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain productivity and achieve UPH targets.
• Keep stock room clean and compliant with guidelines.
• Follow all laws and company policies.
