Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in Vallejo, CA to support Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. The role ensures the selling floor is stocked, assists with inventory flow, and maintains a clean, organized stock room to back sales goals.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends, and adherence to company policies. Boon Barn offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing/signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
