Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking an interim/seasonal Store Manager in Virginia to support the Store Manager in daily operations, guest experience, and team leadership. This role focuses on driving top-line sales growth, building a high-performing team, onboarding staff, and maintaining visual standards.

You will implement selling strategies, coach team members, and manage KPI targets while ensuring a safe and welcoming store environment. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
