Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines per state guidelines and clinical protocols.
• Screen patients for vaccine eligibility and review vaccination history.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide follow-up guidance.
• Document immunizations accurately (EMR / immunization records).
• Deliver professional, compassionate customer service in a high-traffic setting.
• Support clinic/pharmacy workflow during slower periods.
