Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Meta Lab Retail experience expert to deliver white-glove service through immersive demos of Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest. You will educate consumers, drive new customer acquisitions, and support store operations with a camera-ready, tech-savvy approach.

The role requires strong communication, detail-orientation, and a passion for technology. Seasonal position with conditions including flexible hours, training, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
• Process consumer transactions using our clients POS system
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
• Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned by management
