Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse License (California); Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care using the nursing process in line with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
• Leads the health care team, delegates tasks appropriately, and demonstrates accountability.
• Mentors, orients, and coaches others in unit operations and patient care activities.
• Ensures patient safety, takes responsibility for pain control, discharge planning, and education.
