UPS is seeking a Seasonal HR professional to support Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and compliance across multiple locations. This role requires close proximity to business operations and may involve on-site learning facilitation and onboarding activities.

This position communicates and enforces human resources policies, procedures, and programs in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, etc. This position provides HR support to the geographies within their scope of responsibility and requires close physical proximity to business operations covering one to multiple UPS locations. This position performs responsibilities that may vary by location including, but not limited to, the management of employee concerns, inquiry management, programs to reduce employee turnover, talent acquisition, select onboarding / offboarding activities, and on-site learning facilitation.
