UPS is seeking a human resources professional to support Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compliance across multiple locations, with close proximity to business operations. This role involves partnering with Operations and recruiting teams to implement HR programs that reduce turnover and drive engagement.

This seasonal position requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to travel for recruiting events.

Job Description

Job Profile Summary: This position communicates and enforces human resources policies, procedures, and programs in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, etc. This position provides HR support to the geographies within their scope of responsibility and requires close physical proximity to business operations covering one to multiple UPS locations. This position performs responsibilities that may vary by location including, but not limited to, the management of employee concerns, inquiry management, programs to reduce employee turnover, talent acquisition, select onboarding / offboarding activities, and on-site learning facilitation.

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $22.05/hr to $35.80/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
