Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an outgoing and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with a smile and escorts guests to their assigned table.
• Seats guests and rotates stations while maintaining guest lists and following check procedures.
• Assigns opening or closing side duties and supervises side work.
• Maintains reservations book and notes reservations and special requests by guests.
• Remains knowledgeable of menu items, prices, and general service procedures.
• Keeps service areas clean and well-presented.
• Stays visible on the dining floor and accessible to guests, staff, and management.
• Checks tables daily for proper settings.
• Assists with side work and bussing tables, takes cocktail orders.
• Communicates guests' requests and concerns to the department manager.
